Lainey Wilson

Lainey Wilson is an American country singer-songwriter from Baskin, Louisiana. She began performing as a teenager and moved to Nashville in 2011, where she worked odd jobs while writing songs and performing. Her breakthrough came with the 2020 single “Things a Man Oughta Know,” which topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart. Her 2021 album Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’ and 2022’s Bell Bottom Country both earned critical acclaim and multiple CMA and Grammy awards. Wilson is known for her retro-inspired sound blending traditional country with rock and soul influences, often highlighted by her signature bell-bottom style.
