Eiffel 65

Eiffel 65 is an Italian Italo-dance and Eurodance group formed in Turin in 1998 by producers Jeffrey Jey, Maurizio Lobina, and Gabry Ponte. They rose to international fame with their 1999 single "Blue (Da Ba Dee)", which topped charts in multiple countries and reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The group blends electronic dance music with pop sensibilities, incorporating vocoder effects and synth-driven production. Their debut album Europop (1999) achieved multi-platinum status, followed by Contact! (2001) and subsequent releases. After a hiatus, the core trio reunited and continue to perform and release music under the Eiffel 65 name.
