Sasha

Alexander Paul Coe, known professionally as Sasha, is a Welsh DJ and record producer born in Bangor, Gwynedd. Emerging in the early 1990s Manchester rave scene, he became a key figure in progressive house and techno with long-form DJ sets and influential residencies at clubs such as The Haçienda and Twilo. Sasha released the acclaimed Northern Exposure mix series with John Digweed and later founded the Excession label. His solo albums Airdrawndagger (2002) and Scene Delete (2016) showcase atmospheric, melodic electronic music that blends progressive house, breaks, and ambient textures. He has collaborated with Charlie May (as Sasha + Charlie), Photek, and the late BT, and remains active with releases on his Last Night On Earth imprint.
