Outlawz

Outlawz is an American hip hop group formed in 1995 by Tupac Shakur in the Bay Area. Originally known as Dramacydal and later the Outlaw Immortalz, the collective included members such as Kastro, E.D.I. Mean, Young Noble, and Hussein Fatal. After Tupac’s death in 1996, the group continued releasing music independently and through their own 1Nation Entertainment imprint, maintaining a West Coast gangsta rap sound rooted in g-funk and old-school hip hop. Their debut album Still I Rise (1999) featured the hit single “Baby Don’t Cry (Keep Ya Head Up II)” and reached the Billboard Top 10. Subsequent projects like Novakane (2001) and Ride wit Us or Collide wit Us (2000) kept the group active on the underground circuit, while later releases such as The New World Order (2018) and Livin Legendz (2022) showcased their enduring presence. The Outlawz have collaborated with artists including Big Syke, Stormey Coleman, and various West Coast producers, preserving Tupac’s legacy through consistent output and live performances.
