Jung Kook is a South Korean singer, songwriter and dancer best known as the maknae of the global K-pop group BTS. Born Jeon Jung-kook in Busan in 1997, he joined Big Hit Entertainment in 2010 after winning a local audition and debuted with BTS in 2013. His solo work blends pop, R&B and dance-pop, highlighted by the 2023 single “Seven” featuring Latto, which topped the Billboard Hot 100. He has collaborated with artists such as Charlie Puth, Usher and Major Lazer, and released his debut solo album GOLDEN the same year. Jung Kook is recognized for his wide vocal range, dance skills and global fanbase.
