Adrian Chandler

Adrian Chandler is a British violinist and conductor based in the United Kingdom. He is the founder and artistic director of the period-instrument ensemble La Serenissima, which specializes in 18th-century Venetian music. Chandler performs extensively as a soloist and leads La Serenissima in concerts and recordings that focus on lesser-known Baroque repertoire. The group has released acclaimed albums on the Avie and Signum labels, often featuring world-premiere recordings of works by composers such as Vivaldi and Albinoni. Chandler studied at the Royal College of Music and has performed at major festivals and venues across Europe.
